Cherish Twigg - MS, BCBA, CEO |
| Mrs. Twigg co-founded Establishing Operations, Inc. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), she has created and co-presented a series of workshops on verbal behavior for four years and supervises the consultation services of the associates of EO Inc. Mrs. Twigg holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL and is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She currently has ten years of experience working with children with autism and behavior disorders. She has experience as a teacher, behavior specialist and in home therapist for children with autism. Mrs. Twigg began her consulting career in 1999. Since this time she has consulted to dozens of families with children with autism across the US, Canada as well as in the UK. Mrs. Twigg is currently based in Jacksonville, FL and is providing in-home and center based consultation services and training workshops for children and professionals throughout the US as well as in Canada, England, Ireland, Bermuda and Wales. |

Holly Kibbe - MS, BCBA, COO |
| Kibbe co-founded Establishing Operations, Inc. in 2003. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), she has created and co-presents a series of workshops designed to train professionals in how to teach Verbal Behavior as well as providing supervision for the associates of EO Inc.Mrs. Kibbe is a board certified behavior analyst and holds a Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute ofTechnology in Melbourne, Florida. She has been working with children with autism and other developmental and behavioral disorders for ten years. She has experience working as a behavior analyst for both children with autism and typically developing children with severe behavioral disorders and as a pre-school teacher for children with autism. Mrs. Kibbe began studying and working privately applying the principals of behavior analysis to teach Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior in 1998. Mrs. Kibbe is based out of Atlanta, GA and currently provides in-home and center based consultation services for children with language delays, as well as a series of training workshops for professionals and parents all over the US, Canada, Bermuda, Ireland, England and Wales. |

Jennifer Donnelly - BA, BCABA, Associate |
| Jennifer Donnelly is a Board Certified Assoicate Behaviour Analyst who is an associate of Establishing Operations, Inc. Currently Jennifer is pursuing a Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University. She has worked with children with autism for the last eight years utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, with a special emphasis on Verbal Behavior for the last five. Jennifer has experience working with a wide range of learners. She has served in the capacity of an Instructor Therapist, however much of her experience is in providing consultative services for several in-home and center-based programs both locally and internationally. She has worked within the Intensive Behavioral Intervention program with children with Autism for five years, four of which was as a Supervisor with the Geneva Centre for Autism. Currently, Jennifer is a Clinical Coordinator at Shining Through Centre where she is responsible for supervising Senior Instructors in their programming for individuals with autism. Jennifer has developed and presented courses and workshops for schools, parent groups, and professional organizations in Canada, France and Switzerland. Jennifer is based out of Toronto, Canada and is currently working as a verbal behavior consultant for EO Inc providing consultation services all over the US and Canada as well as internationally. under the supervision of Mrs. Kibbe and Mrs. Twigg. She has also co-facilitated various verbal behavior workshops with Mrs. Kibbe and/or Mrs. Twigg. |

Amy McGinnis, M.S., OTR, M.S., BCBA - Associate |
Amy McGinnis is an associate of Establishing Operations, Inc. Ms. McGinnis began providing direct ABA services teaching verbal behavior in 1998, working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has received extensive training and experience in implementing the procedures of applied behavior analysis (specifically Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior) to teach language, socialization, play skills, motor skills, academics, and the management of problem behaviors across all environments. Amy holds a Master of Science degree in occupational therapy from Alvernia College, and is a nationally registered occupational therapist. She also holds a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She currently provides consultative services to families, clinics, and schools across the United States and abroad.

Jessica Dean - MS, BCBA, Associate |
| Jessica Dean is an associate of Establishing Operations, Inc. Mrs. Dean has over eight years of experience working with children with autism and related disabilities, including direct services, staff training, design and implementation of home programs, and consultation. Jessica is a board certified associate behavior analyst who holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She began teaching ABA to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders in 1998. Since then she has received extensive training in the principles of behavior analysis, and the application of those principles, with a focus on verbal behavior. This training has provided her with the skills necessary to additionally teach communication, social interaction, and academic skills, as well as the skills needed to effectively reduce problem behavior in children of all ages and across all ranges of skill profiles. Jessica is based out of Orlando, FL where she currently provides consultative services under the supervision of Holly Kibbe, MS, BCBA and Cherish Twigg, MS, BCBA to children in the United States diagnosed with autism. She has also assisted Mrs. Kibbe and Mrs. Twigg in their verbal behavior workshops. |
